为了解决以色列当地中文导游缺乏的问题，以色列国家旅游部打算出资，于2017年最后一个季度（暂定）送中国领队到以色列参加为期10-11天的培训幽兰剑。徐伟新 报名该项目的导游必须符合以下条件：
1. 必须有出境领队证。
2. 英文听说读写流利。
3. 在过去的三年中至少去过一次以色列郑日英 。

Recruitment Project for the Israel Ministry of Tourism
1.General
The Israel Ministry of Tourism will offer a course in Israel for tour leaders accompanying groups from China who are interested in deepening their acquaintance with Israel, and taking a more active role in the accompaniment of groups from China.
Israeli law requires every tourist group to hire an accredited tour guide. In light of the growing number of Chinese tourists visiting Israel, there is a shortage of accredited Israeli tour guides who speak Chinese. Therefore索命飞刀 , we would like to train tour leaders who can assist English-speaking tour guides and translate what they say to Chinese.
The Israel Ministry of Tourism is the initiator and funder of the entire course. This project is the first of its kind. The Ministry of Tourism conducts conferences and events on a regular basis for travel agents and journalists from around the world脆皮火烧 ,陈蓓琪 in order to promote tourism to Israel.
2.Details of the planned course:
Participants: 50 tour leaders from China
Location: Israel
Costs for participants: none. The Israel Ministry of Tourism will cover airfare金桐俊 , visas灵格风, hotel accommodations, meals巨松鼠 , tours汤浅政明 , lectures提亚玛特 , etc. The Ministry will also pay each course participant $600 for loss of work days. Payment will be made at the end of the course after finishing all the course requirements.
Dates: 4th quarter of 2017 (may change)
Outline of course program: tours in Jerusalem机战少女 , Tel Aviv, Dead Sea锻冶屋英雄谭 , Eilat, Tiberias and the surrounding area流通王 , Akko and Haifa; as well as lectures on varied topics such as history唉组词 , high-tech, agriculture, Israeli society王子病的春天 , etc.
A meeting with Israeli travel agents and tour guides will take place as part of the course祁汉谢梦 , in order to become acquainted with the participants, and reinforce the business cooperation between Israel and China.
The course will take place every day from 08:00 to 21:00 (estimated). Duration 10-11 days.
Detailed program: will be sent to participants up to two weeks before departure.
Certificate: participants will receive a certificate of an "accredited tour leader in Israel" from the Ministry of Tourism.
3.The candidates must meet the following requirements:
·The candidates must hold China Outbound Tour leader certification.
·Fluent English speaker龙游生活网 , including reading and writing
·Visited Israel as a tour leader at least once in the last 3 years.
4.The candidates are requested to send their CV in English and Chinese to

·Number of visits to Israel
·Which Chinese travel agents the candidate work with in the last two years
·Cover letter in English

5.Recruitment process:
·Successful candidates will be contacted for phone interview
·Final candidates will be invited to face to face interview with representatives of Israel ministry of tourism in Beijing吟咏风歌 , Shanghai and Guangzhou.
A.All course participants will be notified of the details in this document and fill in the attached form.
Participants should be notified that a final decision about their participation is at the exclusive discretion of the Ministry of Tourism. Should they be found unsuitable, and do not participate in the complete course schedule, they will not be awarded a certificate and may also be required to return to China during the course.
Participants must meet all schedule requirements.
